Are we all fools, holy in our belief of goodness? Clever crow bringing us a sound to focus on. I saw a red wing black bird / raven at my feeder today. Actually the males have a red and yellow shoulder on their black wings. The female doesn’t have brilliant colors though.

Ravens often travel in pairs, while crows are seen in larger groups. … A crow’s tail is shaped like a fan, while the raven’s tail appears wedge-shaped. Another clue is to listen closely to the birds’ calls. Crows give a cawing sound, but ravens produce a lower croaking sound.

I still get the ‘black’ birds mixed up. 🙂
