    I’m intrigued that some haiku strike sparks in the imagination by “wrangling” with words; whilst others can be utterly simple, like your robin haiku. Another thing, I am wondering how it is that some pieces turn out to be “nature notes”, so not haiku, yet others, like yours, are haiku fully and completely. (My rhetorical question!) Nick
