Debbie Strange

Debbie Strange is a Canadian short-form poet, haiga artist, photographer, and musician, whose daily practice of creating art in a variety of media helps her to manage chronic illness, connecting her more closely to the world and to herself. She has a deep reverence for nature, and her poetry and art often reflect that affinity.
Debbie is honoured to have had her work anthologized, translated, and published worldwide in leading journals. She also feels privileged to have been invited to judge haiku and tanka contests for the British Haiku Society, and the United Haiku and Tanka Society.
Debbie extends her deep gratitude to the many gifted writers in the short-form community who have welcomed her into the fold, and who continue to inspire her!
