Untied Pier Builders

We sketched the drawing on a napkin at the bar. A circus of ideas; what pieces to buy, tools to find. Pulling from our memories, working with the games we played as children. Remembering the feel of the pull and pushes of the tides. We brothers shifted in close, making a people tent. We were all on the same page – we’d put our backs, spines, all of our bones in gear and get this dock built and ready for summer fun.
