Haiku by Pat Kopanda

#Haiku Happenings #8: Frank Hubeney presents Pat Kopanda’s latest haiku sequence for #dversepoets #OLN!

Prairie Writers Guild - NW Indiana

morning greeting
four squirrel toes with thumbs
cling to the screen
black squirrel
spirals the tree trunk
the hawk in full chase
a barely heard squeal
the hawk flies to the tree stump
fur falls to the ground

Haiku by Pat Kopanda. Linked to dVerse Open Link Night where Grace is hosting.
