<From the warm winter to the cold wave/ 暖冬から寒波到来>

今冬は暖冬といわれています。昨年の12月から今年の2月まで、当地は降雪が全くないわけではありませんでしたが、極めて少なく、異常気象を感じました。立春後、寒波がやってきて、大雪や粉雪、1週間、連日降雪しついに本格的な冬を見た思いでした。

This winter is said to be a warm winter.  From last December to the beginning of this February, it was not without snowfall at all in this region, but I felt a very little and unusual weather.  According to the Lunar calendar, February 4th is the first day of spring.  On that day, the cold wave hit here and we had snow, which was heavy snow or powdery, day after day for a week.  I felt like that, at last, I saw the real winter.
