Spring Haiku

#Haiku Happenings #2: Ellen Grace Olinger’s haiku!

Ellen Grace Olinger's avatarHaiku Art Site

morning stillness
forget-me-nots grow
among daylily plants

many Springs
yellow primroses
near an old tree

hosta grow again
around the ash tree stump –
the tree that fell in 2018

day grows more clear
primroses grow past
the flower garden

rain today
red geraniums
by grey windows

work in the kitchen
red tulip and new ferns
by the cedar fence

new leaves
on the birch tree
study window in Spring

small flowers
near the kitchen windows
first hummingbird
