Golden lights frame a door. Shape two reindeer, and a Christmas tree. These lights, during the longest nights of the year…
A sign to hold, as I yearn for hope amidst the shards of shattered expectations.
“Two turtledoves…”
waxing into view
cold moon

I have a plastic film type of thing on my living room window that makes this sort of rainbow color when the light shows through. It looks nice from the outside at night. I had to put it so I can actually have shades open during the day without anyone walking by seeing in my entire house!
