Outside Looking in: a Day 6 #NaPoWriMo2020 / #GloPoWriMo2020 #Quadrille solo #renga

So much depends

on the placement of a hand

arising passion

cracked facade

as the world breaks in

Is bliss possible

when corpses fill parks

what a witness

from a distance can say

walls close in

As traps always do right before the end

Reading this how relevant it feels to the current situation in some parts of the world with the Corona virus.

I can relate it to the picture โ€“ and like it very much โ€“ but not to the Toads prompt: not clear who the ‘someone else’ is in whose voice you write.

Look to the owl, that icon of wisdom looking out from the back left.

This sounds like the voice of the corona virus or the grim reaper, Frank, โ€˜So much depends on the placement of a handโ€™ and โ€˜Is bliss possible
    when corpses fill parksโ€™. Chilling.

Wow, the end where “walls close in

As traps always do right before the end” is quite a warning.

Yesterday there was a news broadcast that a city, maybe NYC, was bringing in more cooler trucks to help keep all the bodies. Then on the news today there was a funeral director saying that they don’t even have time for embalming. People just pick, bury or cremate. So sad….
