Beautiful sentiments beautifully expressed. I like the idea of using an American sentence as your prose section.

Ha, coincidence: I just posted a Tolkien quote on my fb timeline this morning, which meshes very well with the words you’ve quoted. (Possibly they are close to each other in the book – so long since I read it, I don’t remember.)
