A Culinary Misfire?

Perhaps the crabcakes

were not the wisest decision

not so much them

as the ridiculously

hot hollandaise

Had I ever heard of

such a thing before hawaii?

with each dip

of each crabcake bite

a new spicy explosion

this “welcome to Maui”

first meal
