How can I choose a favorite? Would it be the one where my pivot line hit the sweet spot? Would it be the part of my first published tanka-prose? Or the first published tanka, ever?
Or is it the one in which I most clearly discern that small, still voice?
Although
the wind and water
inspire
there comes a time
to walk the path

This is incredibly deep and heartfelt, Frank π I agree, it’s almost too hard to pick a favorite at times. Thank you for joining in at the LIVE event. It was awesome having you with us! ππ

I love the down-to-earth tone of this tanka, Frank!
Apologies for reading and commenting late, but after the live OLN, I was so tired, and we had the electrician in yesterday to sort out the heating β there is still none in the study or dining room!
