   A timely pantoum haibun, Frank, and an alliterative title to boot! The opening stanza reflects the scene outside my window this morning, where the wind is stripping our cherry tree of blossom. Luckily, the honeysuckle that grows up the tree is blooming and is more resistant.

   I wasn’t sure what I was gong to find when I saw your dVerse comment, Frank! 🙂 The pantoum is still a pantoum, but with a haiku at the end, so that meets the brief. As Kim said, timely. There are puddles of blossoms on the ground now and flocks of crows flying about. Happy spring!

   It is late here, so no cherry flowers yet… I feel that you wrote a haibun with the prose being replaced by a pantoum… I once wrote a sonnet with a haiku at the end… almost like a new form
