Solsticing

From a certain point of view: days lengthen, and temperatures rise. Yang rises over Yin. He roars in pleasure at the climax of their ecstasy. Fecund fields soon fill with bounty, and verdancy abounds. Yin, so small beneath him, utters a sigh of simple delight, her shortest night soon over.

From a certain point of view: nights grow, temperatures fall. Yin ascends Yang. She cries out in delight at the climax of their ecstasy. Fallowing fields yield their bounty, and verdancy gives way to kaleidoscopic colors, then paling brown, Yang, so small beneath her, lies open-mouthed in pleasure, his shortest day soon done.

Tao, with full view, flows ever on and ever back. Never troubled by perspective paradox.

Oh my, Frank! Methinks I am blushing. What a clever way to describe the Yang and the Yin! Love it.

This was a really fun read: the solstice from half-full and half-empty POVs. Great concept.
