They say, “Think outside the box.”

They haven’t had a truly good wine from a box.

Yes, it lacks bourgie bragging rights. But find a better bargain: a volume of good red for a great price.

As a chef I was trained to wines. but I do not enjoy drinking them. Now iced tea! that would be wonderful in a box. Excellent haibun Frank.

As long as it’s red, I’m okay with it.
Love those “bourgie bragging rights.” This is like the fourth time in just a handful of days that I have seen the word “bourgie.” The first of those four times was the first time I’d ever seen or heard of it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wine was in my other life years ago. In and out of the box, it was bad news for me! Nice poem though!

Such fun. Takes me back to younger days when I opined to my date on the bouquet and fruit overtones of the red cask. Ha. I was such a sophisticate.

I do enjoy a spicy Cabernet Sauvignon and sometimes they offer a good one boxed. I stay away from the California wines though because I don’t care to drink pesticide.

I keep hoping the mosquitoes will die on me when they bite, since I usually buy Almaden Mountain Burgundy. ๐Ÿ˜† Weโ€™re currently finishing off a Cab. ๐Ÿ˜‰

ah yes……wine in a box! Have you seen the You Tube when Ellen Degeneres takes Michello Obama shopping at a CVS? If not, google it and watch. It is hilarious and yes…there’s a section on wine in a box! ๐Ÿ™‚

I use no alcohol, but buy Diet Coke by the box. Also, have been known to whine in a box, surprisingly hasty. ๐Ÿ˜‰
