What could it hurt, right?
I have nine lives, after all, or so they tell me. And I always land on my feet!
I have to know. I have to know! I don’t care what curiosity does!
Because I know what satisfaction does.

Curiosity does put a tiger in the tank doesn’t it. I enjoyed your stream of consciousness here.

ah, there it is. The satisfaction makes it all worth it in the end.

And so it is, satisfaction is the end product, smiles.

I like it, and I like the curious kitty photo that goes with it. 🙂

Hahaha, this is too true! Sometimes, curiosity just eats at you and the result is something we may remember.

You summed up the nature of the cat so succinctly here Frank – bravo! What’s the worst that could happen, especially when you always land on your feet?

I think you have caught the essence of why anyone is curious.

Frank, could you please explain to the ignorant (i.e. me) why/how this is a haibun?
It’s lovely – I’m just confused, that’s all.

The last word, revelation?
It is a one-word haiku.
It’s a hat-tip to Cor van den Heuvel, haiku poet and editor extraordinair, who ignited controversy when his ELH-first “Tundra” was published.

Ok, first, THANK YOU – I really appreciate the explanation. Secondly… I… wow? I mean… I’ve seen haikus that don’t follow the traditional 5-7-5… but a haiku which is one word? That sort of blows my mind
