A blanket of clouds eclipsed the sun. The temperature dropped accordingly. & the restaurant we intended to have dinner in had no open tables for two hours.
Tired from our day of sightseeing Rochester, we followed our sorry-not-sorry host’s directions to a Sushi/Ramen restaurant located in the same mall. This one had plenty of seats. The front door to the patio lay open, so we felt the cool draft of the cooling day.
Sumptuous hot appetizers, followed by luscious designer rollsโwith only a slight mishap of our server neglecting to put in Mira’s orderโand we were full.
Just in time to step into the sudden night that somehow appeared. One that would last as long as the departed day.
